Pious Rabbi Career Coaching Network (PRCCN), founded by Abiodun Akinyemi, is Africa’s first scalable career advisory ecosystem dedicated to turning education into prosperity. Our mission is to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world opportunities by equipping students and young graduates with the skills, mindset, and resources to thrive as professionals, entrepreneurs, and creators.

Since inception, we have mentored over 100 young people, helping them excel academically, gain workplace readiness, and venture into entrepreneurship. One of our mentees successfully transitioned her fashion business into professional traction, pitched at the ALX Business Showcase, and now owns a complete pitch deck, ready for investors—an example of the transformative results we deliver.

PRCCN is powered by a team of 20 young professionals, 5 campus ambassadors, and a growing community of mentees across Africa. Our programs combine academic coaching, career advisory, entrepreneurship training, business readiness (including business plans, feasibility studies, investment memorandums, and pitch decks), and networking opportunities with local and international partners.

Looking ahead, we are building a studio for high-quality digital content creation on YouTube and other platforms, as well as a mobile app to enable seamless session booking and coach-student matching. With these tools, PRCCN will scale its impact to thousands of young people, positioning them to attract funding, access global opportunities, and create ventures that drive lasting prosperity across Africa.
