CANAL+UNIVERSITY will provide each winner with a filming camera kit and the possibility of training in the tools. A kit consists of the following elements

Have an implementation of 3 months maximum work of 3 years maximum

Be a short film project in keeping with the theme :

Artistic and audiovisual project OR/ET Action aimed at vulnerable populations, especially young people
