These mobility schemes take the form of tailored programmes integrated into internationally significant events or key industry gatherings. -- Objectives of the programmes Selected projects must offer programmes that promote: * the discovery of local and international artistic scenes; * training activities; * conferences and experience-sharing sessions; * networking activities; * B2B meetings. -- Composition of the delegations Delegations must consist of a minimum of 8 cultural professionals over the age of 18, originating from one of the 48 countries of Sub-Saharan Africa or one of the 27 Member States of the European Union. Delegations must demonstrate a strong international dimension: • with at least 5 different nationalities for delegations of 8 to 10 professionals; • with at least 8 different nationalities for delegations of more than 10 professionals. -- Eligible profiles Delegations may include, in particular: * event organisers; * programmers, producers and agents; * network coordinators; * representatives of performing companies and festivals; * technical, communications and public relations managers. -- Eligible events The programmes may be integrated into: * festivals, professional markets or trade fairs; * conventions, seminars or symposiums; * workshops or professional networking events. -- Types of mobility supported * To Europe: support will be available exclusively for African professionals. * To Sub-Saharan Africa: support may be provided for both African and European professionals. -- Eligible costs The programme covers mobility-related costs for professionals participating in the delegations, including: * international, national and local transportation costs in economy class or equivalent; * visa fees and insurance; * accommodation and per diem; * translation costs. The grant may not exceed 70% of the project's total budget. Applicants must demonstrate at least 30% co-financing (either in cash or through in-kind contributions). -- Timeline Mobility activities must take place between February and December 2027, in Africa, Europe, or across both regions. -- Particular attention will be given to projects that: * stand out for their originality, their strong local anchoring, and the distinctive nature of their approach; * foster long-term collaborations; * support younger generations; * showcase emerging artistic scenes; * incorporate environmentally sustainable practices; * address inclusion and accessibility challenges.
