Imagine We Publishers, through the appeal of comics, aims to encourage the creativity of young people. The chosen theme fuses Rwandan traditions with a futuristic vision.

Contexte
In partnership with Nyundo Art School, twenty promising young illustrators took part in the creative hub, which included five weeks' training with East African professionals.
After studying storytelling, illustration and digital creation, they wrote and imagined their own story.
Double distribution is ensured through a digital marketing platform and printed copies, giving them a tangible object for future collaborative work.
Goals
Revitalizing and renewing Rwandan creativity
through the training of twenty young people in comic strip illustration
Obtaining a finished product
and formatted by the publishing house in French and English, making it easy to market.
Offering a distribution platform
for the promotion and monetization of the works produced
Access to partner schools and media libraries
to contemporary reading with Rwandan references
Expected results
Construction of a hub and acquisition of twenty tablets and software
5000 copies printed for sale and donation
Professionalization of young mentees, giving them clearer access to the comics market
Travel to key events: Angoulême Comics Festival, NAICCON in Nairobi.
