23rd edition on the theme: The link between animated films and video games: - 109 screenings in all, including 53 in Meknes - 80 animated films programmed Professional meetings - Forum des Métiers du Film d'Animation: - Participation of 20 Moroccan, African, French and European studios - 6 panel discussions with industry professionals Francophone Animation Film Writing Residency: - 6 residents supervised by 1 professional trainer Festival highlights : - 17 Encounters, debates, Making Of, Work In Progress, creative exchanges with teams - 4 official competitions: Grand Prix Aïcha de l'Animation, International Feature Animation Competition (Longs Compét'), International Short Animation Competition (Courts Compét'), International Virtual Reality Animation Competition (Compét' VR) - 8 animation training courses for Moroccan art and film schools, including 2 dedicated to video games by 2025 National replication of the festival (FICAM MAROC) in 11 Moroccan cities, with 56 screenings organized in parallel.
