Création Africa Festival
On May 17, the Création Africa festival takes over the Alliance Française in Dar es Salaam! This free event, open to all, brings together the 12 partners in the Création Africa project for a day of concerts, shows, stand-up comedy, fashion, visual arts, workshops, screenings and much more.
Program
From 3pm until the end of the night, 12 Tanzanian art collectives will take over the Alliance Française de Dar es Salaam for a carte blanche. For the first time, these artists will come together in pairs and invite the public to plunge into their respective universes. There's something for everyone: whether you're a film buff, fashion enthusiast, avid reader, curious about the Dar es Salaam music scene or a stand-up comic. Throughout the day, visitors will be able to stroll through the different areas of the Festival. It's a day of exchange and conviviality that will put the Tanzanian art scene in the spotlight.
