Based in Lagos, 360Creative Innovation Hub is a production-first, training-led platform that helps independent designers move from idea to shelf, then from shelf to international buyers. Our retail pipeline runs through Idozi Collective, our sister platform for pop-ups, concept-store retail, and buyer introductions.

How we’re organized
Leadership: Founder and Managing Director with a lean core team across Programs, Production, Retail and Partnerships, Operations and Finance, and M&E
Facilities: Working hub in Surulere. New Yaba hub buildout with LSETF support to scale machines, training, and content studio
Ecosystem bench: Pattern drafters, joiners and cutters, product developers, and a network of independent designers and vetted micro-factories
Retail arm: Idozi Collective for curated in-store experiences, pop-ups, and wholesale conversations
Mission
Create dignified jobs and global market access for African fashion entrepreneurs by pairing practical production support with world-class brand readiness and sales channels, rooted in sustainability and local craftsmanship.
What we do
Co-sewing and production support: Dedicated industrial machines, overlock and hemming, cutting, ironing, and on-floor technical guidance for small runs
Capacity building: Brand-readiness bootcamps, tech-pack and sampling support, merchandising, pricing, and export basics
Trade shows and buyer pipelines: Group showcases and appointments at platforms like Who’s Next Paris and regional fashion gatherings, with pre-show prep and post-show follow-up
Retail distribution: Idozi Collective pop-ups, concept-store placements, and limited drops to test demand before scale
Content and storytelling: Lookbooks, line sheets, and showroom materials that speak retail’s language
Partnerships and policy: Collaboration with development actors to unlock finance, infrastructure, and cross-border opportunities
Sustainability practice: Preference for local textiles, responsible production, and reuse workflows where possible

Why it matters
Most designers can make clothes. Few are equipped to sell at scale. We bridge that gap: real production, real training, real market access. The result is shelf-ready brands, repeatable orders, and jobs that stick.
