I build market access for African fashion brands and run the engines that turn talent into trade.
I’m Achu Blessing Ebere, Founder and Managing Director of 360Creative Innovation Hub and Idozi Collective. I moved from a decade in telecom business development into building the fashion ecosystem end to end production, training, retail, and international market entry. I’ve led showcases and buyer engagement at Who’s Next Paris and across Africa, contributed to UNCTAD’s Creative Economy Outlook 2024, and secured program funding to expand co-sewing and capacity building.
What I’m doing now
• Leading 360Creative Innovation Hub and Idozi Collective to place independent African designers in stores across Europe and the US
• Expanding the new Yaba hub with LSETF support and running buyer-ready acceleration for brands
• Curating AfriLabs Fashion Runway and trade-show pipelines while strengthening partnerships with development and policy actors
• Mentoring a growing cohort toward a clear goal 100 brands equipped for global retail by 2027
