My name is Hughes Elorm Abdallah, founder of Xetoto Arts Festival/Foundation. I call describe myself as a “Cultural Architect”

Im a creative entrepreneur and visionary dedicated to the intersection of heritage, innovation, and the arts. As the founder of the Xetoto Arts Festival in Keta, i have transformed my hometown into a vibrant hub for cultural exchange, proving that local traditions are the most powerful engines for modern economic growth.
A recognized leader in the Création Africa Ghana  network, I’m part of a new generation of "Cultural Architects" who treat art as infrastructure.

Whether I’m curating large-scale festivals or directing intimate visual narratives, my mission remains the same: to elevate the identity of the Volta Region and ensure that African creativity isn't just seen, but felt on a global scale.
