OBOC drumming

Nii offers exciting drumming and carving workshops and performances for any type of group – schools, corporate, fundraisers, and even birthday parties! Nii can tailor the workshop to fit with any theme such as teamwork, Black history, spirituality, youth empowerment, leadership and so on. Read these testimonials:

Beginner: learn the basic drum alphabet, the three basic ways to hit the drum to perform the alphabet, create different sounds, and simple rhythms.
Intermediate: Build upon basic skills by learning more advanced rhythms and traditional African songs. Become comfortable playing with other drummers.
Advanced: Learn more complex African songs. Work with timing and solos while other drummers keep the rhythm.

Drums are available for sale or rent during the lesson period. An additional charge applies for this service
